What you will need:
1. Yarn colors: Red, White, Grey, Black
2. Size E and F crochet hooks. Use the smaller one for the fingers.
3. Darning needle.
4. Scissors.
HELMET:
1. Make a magic circle with 6 stitches
2. 2sc in each sc
3. 1sc in next sc, 2sc in next sc
4. 1sc in next 2sc, 2sc in next sc
5. 1sc in next 3sc, 2sc in next sc
6. 1sc in next 4sc, 2sc in next sc
7. Make a slip stitch with the next stitch and chain one.
8. At the end of the 1 row when you start making the sides of the helmet, create a slip stitch with the chain one that you made. Do this for every row from now on so that the white cross you make will look horizontal and not slanted.
9. For the second row, chain 15 then start adding white yarn. This is the beginning of the white part of the helmet. Pull red yarn thru the next stitch, then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. Then pull white yarn thru the next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. Do 1 single crochet in the next 4 stitches. Then pull red yarn thru the next stitch, and pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. Then pull white yarn thru next stitch and pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. Do 1 single crochet until the end of the row and create a slip stitch with the chain.
10. 1sc in each of the stitches up to the second to last red stitch. Pull red yarn thru the next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in next stitch. Then pull white yarn thru next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the next 2 stitches. Then pull red yarn thru the next stitch and pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in next stitch. Then pull white yarn thru next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each sc until you reach the end of the row. Create a slip stitch with the chain.
11. 1sc in each of the stitches up to the second to last red stitch. Pull red yarn thru the next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in next 2 stitches. Then pull white yarn thru next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. Then pull red yarn thru the next stitch and pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in next stitch. Then pull white yarn thru next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each sc until you reach the end of the row. Create a slip stitch with the chain.
12. 1sc in each of the stitches up to the second to last red stitch. Pull red yarn thru the next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in next 6 stitches. Pull white yarn thru next stitch then pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each sc until you reach the end of the row. Create a slip stitch with the chain. [Do this for 4 rows]
13. For the next row create 1sc in each sc until there are four red stitches left before you reach the white stitches. Pull red yarn thru the next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the next 12 stitches. Then pull white yarn thru the next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each of the stitches until you reach the end of the row. Create a slip stitch with the chain.
14. For the next row create 1sc in all the red stitches. Pull red yarn thru the white stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the next 10 stitches. Then pull white yarn thru the next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each of the stitches until you reach the end of the row. Create a slip stitch with the chain.
15. For the next row create 1sc up to the first white stitch. Pull red yarn thru the second white stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the next 8 stitches. Then pull white yarn thru the next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each of the stitches until you reach the end of the row. Create a slip stitch with the chain.
16. For the next row create 1sc in each sc until there are two red stitches left before you reach the white stitches. Pull red yarn thru the next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the next 10 stitches. Then pull white yarn thru the next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each of the stitches until you reach the end of the row. Create a slip stitch with the chain.
17. For the next row create 1sc in each sc until there are two red stitches left before you reach the white stitches. Pull red yarn thru the next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the next 12 stitches. Then pull white yarn thru the next stitch and pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each of the stitches until you reach the end of the row. Create a slip stitch with the chain.
18. Create 1sc in each sc up to the fourth white stitch. Pull red yarn thru next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the next 4 stitches. Pull white yarn thru next stitch then pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in each of the stitches until you reach the end of the row. Finish off.
19. Pull a slip knot thru the fourth red stitch from the white stitches. Create 1sc in the next two stitches. Then pull red yarn thru the next stitch and pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. Then 1sc in the next 4 stitches. Pull white yarn thru next stitch then pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. Then create 1sc in the next three stitches and then create a slip stitch in the next stitch. Finish off.
EYES:
1. Chain two and sew onto face.
2. Also put a black line in middle of his face.
HELMET ACCESSORY:
1. Make 4 stitches in magic circle
2. 2sc in each sc.
3. 1sc, 2sc in sc.
4. Finish off.
5. Sew onto doll.
Bottom of Helmet:
1. 6 stitches in magic circle
2. 2sc in each sc
3. 1sc in next stitch, 2sc in next sc
4. 1sc in next 2 stitches, 2sc in the next sc
5. 1sc in next 3 stitches, 2sc in the next sc
6. 1sc in next 4 stitches, 2sc in the next sc
7. 1sc in next 5 stitches, 2sc in the next sc [twice]
8. Finish off and sew it on the bottom to close the helmet.
White Body/Shirt:
1. Do 6 stitches in magic circle
2. 2sc in each sc
3. 1sc in each sc
4. 1sc in next stitch, 2sc in next stitch
5. 1sc in each sc
6. 1sc in next 2 stitches, 2sc in next stitch.
7. 1sc in next 3 stitches, 2sc in next stitch
8. 1sc in each sc (4 rows)
9. Pull white yarn thru next stitch, pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. Then pull red yarn thru next stitch, then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the rest of the stitches with the white yarn.
10. Pull white yarn thru next stitch, pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. Then pull red yarn thru next stitch, then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc until there are two white stitches left.
11. Pull white yarn thru next stitch then pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in next 3 stitches. Pull red yarn thru next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the rest of the stitches.
12. 1sc in next stitch. Pull white yarn thru next stitch then pull red yarn thru both loops on hook. Pull red yarn thru next stitch then pull white yarn thru both loops on hook. 1sc in the rest of the stitches.

14. 1sc in each sc. For 1 row. Slip stitch with the next stitch and finish off.
15. Locate the 3 stitches in the middle of his shirt. This should be right below the blue cross.
16. Leave the 3 stitches alone. Pull a slip knot thru the fifth stitch from where you just left off. 1sc in the next 22 stitches. Slip stitch with next stitch.
17. Create single crochets all the way around and then create a slip stitch with the slip knot you pulled thru earlier.
LEGS:
1. Make 4 stitches in magic circle.
2. 2sc in each sc.
3. 1sc in each sc.
4. 1sc in sc, 2sc in sc.
5. 1sc in sc. For 3 rows.
6. 1sc in next 2 stitches. 2sc in sc.
7. 1sc in sc. For 2 rows.
8. 1sc in sc (connect both legs)
9. 1sc in next 2 stitches. 2sc tog.
10. 1sc in sc. 2sc tog.
ARMS:
1. 4 stitches in magic circle
2. 2sc in each sc.
3. 1sc in each sc.
4. 1sc in next sc, 2sc in sc.
5. 1sc in each sc. [for 5 rows]
6. 1sc in the next 2 stitches, 2sc in sc.

8. Make fingers.
SHOES:
1. Chain 15
2. Connect with first chain. Sl st.

5. Insert crochet hook in stitch next to your marker and pull a slip knot thru. 1sc, 2sc in the next 6 stitches. Finish off.
6. Pull slip knot thru the second stitch from the previous row. 1sc in the next 6 stitches. Finish off.
SHOE ACCESSORY:
1. 4 stitches in magic circle
2. 2sc in each sc.
BELT:
1. Chain 28 and sew onto doll.
