My love for yarn started early. My mom taught me to knit and crochet in grade school, and I was hooked. I started simple — scarves, hats, the occasional doily — but my hands were always itching to make something new.

That itch led to my first crochet doll one summer in college. Little Big Planet was everywhere at the time, and I decided to make Sackboy from scratch. That one little doll sparked something I didn’t expect: a full-blown passion for amigurumi and doll making that’s only grown since.
